Quick help
Any unmarried individual of legal age who identifies with the Hindu faith (or has the support of a Hindu family/community) and is sincerely seeking marriage may register. Families or parents may also register on behalf of the prospective bride/groom.
After you pay for your chosen membership, you’ll create your profile (education, profession, family background, preferences, etc). For Standard/Premium plans we ask you to complete verification (ID + community reference). Once active, you’ll have search access, be featured in listings, and if eligible you’ll receive event invitations.
Our events are light, daytime, cocktail-style pure vegetarian gatherings for individuals and their families/parents. They are designed for introductions and meaningful conversations—no heavy meals, no alcohol. Members who attend (included in Standard/Premium or via event pass) will have access to seats/tickets reserved.
Verification means you submit proof of identity (passport/driver licence), plus a community reference or family referee. This helps us maintain a trusted environment and enhances your credibility with other members. Verified profiles are also given priority listing.
Upgrades: Yes — you may move from Basic to Standard or Premium by paying the difference (pro-rated for time remaining). Downgrades are not permitted mid-term. All memberships run for the duration purchased; on expiry you may choose a different plan for renewal.
While we cannot guarantee marriage outcomes, our team will continue to provide support, access and events. Many members choose to renew at a discounted rate. The Success Add-On exists for cases where engagement is confirmed to recognise extra value delivered.
Once payment is made and profile is activated, we typically do not offer full refunds. If you experience technical issues or administrative delays, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll consider case-by-case. We recommend reviewing our full Terms & Conditions before purchase.
We adhere to Australian data-protection regulations. Your personal information is stored securely, used only for matchmaking purposes, and not sold to third-parties. Communications between members are routed via our platform to help preserve privacy. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. We recognise that families play an important role in Hindu matrimonial contexts. Families may register on behalf of the bride or groom, manage profiles, attend events, and utilise the family dashboard (available in Premium tier) to view shortlisted matches and coordinate introductions.
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal (or equivalent). At the end of your membership period you’ll receive a renewal notification; you may choose to renew the same tier, upgrade, or let the membership lapse. Any unused event tickets expire with the membership term.
